Five locker thefts at Ethos

Since the belated opening less than a month ago, there have been an astounding five reported thefts from the lockers of Imperial's new sports centre.

An evacuation of the Sir Alexander Fleming (SAF) building last week left fourth year medical students unattended and able to discuss the contents of the BSc final examinations.

Imperial alumnus jailed for denying the holocaust

David Irving, a former Imperial College student, has received a three year jail sentence for denying the Holocaust and refuting the existence of gas chambers in Auschwitz.

The NHS trusts containing St. Mary's and Hammersmith Hospitals are currently in talks with Imperial College over whether to create the first combined medical, academic and research trust.

To the delight of students and staff alike, the Rector, Sir Richard Sykes, was pied by the City & Guilds Union Hit Squad in the JCR on Monday. His pieing raised £250 for RAG.
