Registry underperforming

Dear Felix,

I was wondering if, as the reporting body for the students union, you would be able to do a little investigative journalism, and find out what goes on "behind the scenes" at the registry.

I only ask because yesterday, I wanted a piece of paper stamped and signed by registry. In scientific tests (conducted at the bar), we discovered the average time to perform said task is 7 seconds.

For some reason, registry requires two working days (approximately 4000 times as long as it took me) to complete this procedure. If anybody could explain why to me, I would be forever grateful.
